I’ve been walking around in a haze for days now. My new job is kicking my ass. I am out of the house by 7:30 and sometimes not home until 9 or 10 at night. I don’t get to see the boy that much, which sucks.

No synagis. That’s right. We don’t qualify. What we do qualify for, apparently, is another winter of being holed up at home. No subway, no airplane, no sick kids, and no sick adults. Oh and we’re breaking out the Purell. Again.

What’s so strange about having a “preemie” is that you become obsessed, truly obsessed, with milestones.
